1. Services

Forma provides SEO and GEO-optimized content articles tailored for blogs and websites. Content is delivered directly to you via email on a weekly basis. Service begins at a minimum of two (2) articles per week, and the volume may be increased upon the customer's request. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice.

2. Access and Email Requirements

No account creation is necessary to use our Services. However, to receive the Services, you must provide and maintain a valid, active email address. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your email address can receive our weekly deliveries and communications.

3. Content Rights and Ownership

Upon delivery of the articles and subject to payment for the Services, you receive full rights and ownership to the content provided. You are free to publish, modify, and distribute the content as you see fit.

4. Promotional Rights and Traffic Statistics

By using our Services, you grant Forma the right to access and use your website's traffic statistics related to the provided content as "proof of success" in our promotional materials, case studies, and marketing campaigns. You may withdraw this right at any time by communicating your opt-out request to us at hello@maze.do.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems or networks.
• Use the Services to transmit any harmful content, including viruses, malware, or other destructive code.
• Engage in any activity that violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services (including stopping email deliveries) for any reason, at any time, without notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and User Responsibility

THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. Final Review Requirement: Forma is not liable in any way for any damages, losses, or legal claims resulting from the use of the content provided via the Service. It is the sole responsibility of the end user to conduct a final review of the content for accuracy, compliance, and suitability before publishing it.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PUBLISHED CONTENT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Forma relating to your use of the Services.
